Welcome to our new website!

We are delighted to welcome you to our new website. After the firm launched in June 2009, we worked with ExpDesign – our branding and website designers – to develop a website that would reflect our new and dynamic approach to the old, costly and time-consuming world of commercial disputes. And here it is!

As one of our first clients, we hope that this is the beginning of a long, happy – and mutually beneficial! – relationship with ExpDesign and that this is just the first incarnation of a website that will grow with the firm.

We wanted the site to emphasize the difference between Hilton Law and our competitors, by simply focusing on what’s really important – namely, what we can do for you and how we will do it. We hope the site informs you both about the firm and our services, whilst bringing news and legal updates to you whenever there’s a development in the law, a change in statutory procedures or simply an interesting or relevant issue in the media.

Whether you need legal advice, you feel the urge to comment on our articles and updates, or you’d like some further information on a particular area or issue, please feel free to email us, post a comment through the site, or leave us a message. (Let us know what you think of our site or what you would like to see: we will appreciate your input).

You can even just call us – our contact details are on every page.

We want to take away the demands, stresses and costs that these days are all too readily associated with commercial disputes.

We want to give you a new perspective in an increasingly contentious and challenging world.
